Wave Online Infoway is expanding! We're looking for a dynamic RCM Trainer with solid expertise in Physician Billing and AR process management to lead and upskill our growing team.

What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of AR experience in US Healthcare RCM, especially Physician Billing
1+ year of formal experience as a TrainerExcellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
Strong grasp of end-to-end RCM processes and core expertise in AR and Denials.
Ability to manage classrooms, develop training content, and drive results
Passion for training freshers and enhancing performance

What You’ll Do:
Deliver onboarding and refresher training sessions
Develop and revamp SOPs, training manuals, and assessment tools
Work closely with QA teams to align on quality benchmarks
Conduct workshops on the latest US Healthcare trends
Provide floor support and troubleshoot trainee queries
