Ear infection in Pets

Ear infection in cats and dogs are common. They can be caused by some factors like allergies, parasites, foreign objects or excessive moisture.
Symptoms are itching, head shaking, redness, swelling, discharge, and odor.

Its important to consult your vet for proper diagnosis and treatment and also to know the underlying cause. Cleaning your pet's ears once in every fortnight and making routine check-ups helps preventing ear infection.

🚨 Emergency Surgery Success! 🐶💉
On May 4th we performed a life-saving surgical correction of Gastric Dilatation and Volvulus (GDV) — also known as bloat — in a dog. GDV is a critical condition where the stomach twists, cutting off blood flow and trapping gas. It can be fatal if not treated immediately.

Our veterinary team acted fast to stabilize, decompress, and surgically correct the twist, performed complete spleenectomy which was necessary followed by a gastropexy to prevent future recurrence.

Early signs include a swollen belly, restlessness, drooling, and unproductive retching. If you see these symptoms, seek emergency care immediately!
