Reflection on the KJA Training Programme for Munsiff-Magistrate Trainees (2022-23)

Did you know that EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) can make a difference beyond individual counseling—even in fields like the judiciary?

Our sessions with the 2022-23 batch of Munsiff-Magistrate trainees at the Kerala Judicial Academy last year highlighted this. Through group workshops, we explored how EMDR can strengthen emotional resilience and stress management—crucial skills for judicial officers.
