Most people don’t know this…

This fabric didn’t start in a factory.
It started in a farm. 🍃

Made from discarded pineapple leaves, this is a 100% plant-based fabric that feels light, breathable, and honestly… different in the best way.

You’re looking at 75–85 GSM, soft drape, clean surface — and since it’s RFD, you can dye it your way.
Natural dyes, leaf prints, soft tones… it all works beautifully here.

Nothing synthetic.
Nothing over-processed.

Just skilled hands, raw fiber, and a slower way of making fabric.

If you’re building something conscious, this is where it begins.

🌿 The problem with fashion today?
We’re trying to fix nature… instead of learning from it.

For decades, the industry has chased speed, scale, and synthetics.
And now we’re trying to “make them sustainable.”

But what if the answer was never in the lab?

What if it was already growing… quietly… all along?

At Ayurkruti, every fabric begins the same way:
🌱 As a plant.

Not engineered.
Not artificial.
Not compromised.

From h**p that restores soil
to nettle used for centuries
to lotus and orange fibre once considered waste

These aren’t alternatives.

They’re originals.

Because real innovation isn’t always about creating something new.
Sometimes, it’s about returning to what always worked.

A few months ago, these were discarded rose petals. 🌹
Now they’re a fabric.

We’ve been developing this rose petal fiber fabric slowly — trying to get the balance right between softness and actual usability.

The feel is not like synthetic silk.
It’s lighter, a bit dry to the touch, and falls softly — which makes it work well for scarves and inner layers.

Most of our batches are around 90–110 GSM, so it’s breathable and comfortable, especially in warmer climates.

What matters more to us is the process —
using reclaimed petals and turning them into a textile without blending synthetics.

For designers, we keep it in RFD (Ready for Dyeing).
Natural dyes come out more muted on this fabric — not overly bright, but soft and lived-in. That’s something many of our clients actually look for.

This is not a finished story.
We’re still refining it.

If you’re working on a sustainable collection, would you try this?
Or as a wearer — would you choose this over silk?

Not all yarns fail in the same place.
Some lack comfort. Some don’t scale. Some limit design.

We wanted to solve all three.

This 30% Pineapple Fiber (PALF) / 70% Pima Cotton Yarn – NE 24/1 was developed to balance performance from every angle.

Feel & Wearability
Pineapple fiber brings strength, but it can feel firm on its own.
Blending it with Pima cotton softens the yarn, improves the hand feel, and makes it suitable for garments worn directly on the skin—without losing its natural character.

Design & End Use
At NE 24/1, the yarn is finer and lighter than traditional counts.
You get better drape, a cleaner surface, and more flexibility in design.
Ideal for lightweight shirts, summer knitwear, and layered pieces where comfort and structure need to work together.

Production & Scalability
Innovation only matters if it runs smoothly in production.
This yarn works well on standard knitting and weaving machines, making sampling easier and bulk production more predictable.

No constant adjustments. No surprises.

We produce it on a made-to-order basis, with options for natural dyeing or Azo-free dyes.

This is not just about creating a sustainable yarn—
it’s about making natural fibers practical, wearable, and ready for real production.

We turned pineapple waste into premium yarn.
Here’s why more designers are starting to work with it.

Pineapple leaves are usually discarded after harvest. But inside them is PALF (Pineapple Leaf Fiber)—a naturally strong, breathable fiber that can be spun into textile-grade yarn.

Blended with Pima cotton, it creates a balance that’s hard to achieve with conventional materials:
Structure + softness in the same yarn.

This Ne 20/1 count works as a practical sweet spot:
→ Balanced weight for everyday applications
→ Better shape retention than finer counts
→ Breathable for all-season collections

💡 Designer Note (Save this): If you're developing sustainable knitwear, this count gives you more control over fabric structure without adding unnecessary weight.

We support brands with fabric development and bulk yarn supply.
If you're exploring alternatives to conventional cotton, let’s connect.

We didn’t fully understand h**p fabric… until we started working with it every day.

At Ayurkruti, it slowly changed how we look at textiles. Not in a dramatic way—but in the small, everyday decisions. The kind that actually matter over time.

H**p doesn’t ask for much.
No pesticides. Very little water. It grows quietly, and somehow gives more back than it takes—improving the soil and absorbing CO₂ as it grows.

But beyond sustainability, what stayed with us was this:
it’s strong, it lasts, and it just feels right in your hands.

For brands, that means creating pieces people don’t just wear—but keep.
And that shift? It matters more than we think.

We’re building something more intentional at Ayurkruti—one fabric at a time.

If you’re working on something meaningful, we’d love to be part of it.

Thousands of lotus stems…
just to create a few grams of fibre.

This is Lotus Fabric by Ayurkruti — one of the rarest natural textiles in the world.

Most fabrics are mass-produced.
This one is hand-extracted, strand by strand, by skilled artisans.

No chemicals.
No machines.
No shortcuts.

Just time, precision, and centuries of craftsmanship.

Light. Breathable. Almost weightless.
But what makes it truly valuable is something else…

Very few brands in the world can actually work with it.

If you’re building a conscious, premium collection —
this is where your story becomes different.

✨ Limited availability for serious collaborations.
