Core strategy to make the world a better place
This is a slightly long read. But I promise you it will be totally worth your time. So, please read when you have 10 mins to spare.
In Nov’14, an incredibly powerful thought hit me. It was so powerful I realized it has the potential to transform the global economy and create sustainable world peace. I know that sounds impossible considering the present state of things around us. But trust me – It is possible and the rest of this post is to prove it to you how this can be done in our lifetime. So, if you're interested, please carry on reading.
Before you proceed any further let me clarify what I mean by sustainable world peace.
Imagine the world as a collection of an extremely huge number of small, medium and large organizations which are operating based on money/profits/shareholder value as the core metric around which all the organizations have been designed. Maximizing profits is the objective of almost all organizations (Barring NGOs, govt. bodies) .the result is the current messed up state of the world organization where this is total chaos and stress in people
The thought that hit me in Nov’14 helped me look at creating a massive unified world organization with happiness/customer satisfaction being the defining metric. When businesses reorganize with customer satisfaction as the defining metric, the stress levels existing in the society will gradually brought.
What I mean by that is as of now, every business focuses on customer satisfaction as some sort of secondary metric. But the primary metric is the bottom line which is profits. The idea that hit me made me look at it in the reverse direction. The core primary metric should be customer satisfaction. If customers are satisfied, they’ll pay the businesses which will take care of the bottom line and give the business massive returns. Money is quantifiable. Customer satisfaction/happiness, which is a subjective feeling is abstract. I modeled it using basic calculus tools my teachers taught me in school and made it a quantifiable metric like money. When every business is redesigned around maximizing customer satisfaction as the primary metric (and not profits), customers will be happy which reduces their stress levels. Since businesses are actually solving the problems for the customers, they will pay the businesses money which will easily cover the bottom line related worries for the businesses. Customers become happier. That reduces stress levels. Businesses earn money in the process. A lack of peace/problem in life/source of stress for any individual is a business opportunity for another individual. So, when businesses are designed around customer satisfaction as the core metric, stress levels in society at a large scale will gradually come down with time since customers become happier and the economy will boom since businesses will be paid well since the customers are delighted since their problems are solved. Eventually, when all businesses get aligned to happiness/customer satisfaction as the core metric, stress levels go down, there will be a productivity boom leading to a disruptive growth in world economy and eventually sustainable world peace. This is my definition of what sustainable world peace means. It will take time but the thought that hit me in Nov’14 made me realize that it is definitely possible and I've formulated the strategy to re-organize the world to make it a happy place.
From Nov’14 to Oct’18, I’ve been on a solo journey on my own. I believed that it is definitely possible to come up with a strategy to reorganize the world organization from its current state. I was made fun of by almost all my friends and it has been an incredibly stressful solo journey because there was not a single person who believed in my vision. So I had to problem solve all on my own and finally I know for a fact I have cracked it.
I stretched my mind to limits I did not even know my mind could reach and now I have broken those limits and my mind feels infinitely free. The strategy formulation for this reorganization started on Nov 4th,2014 and the work completely got over on Oct 3rd, 2018. The research work involved as part of this strategy formulation involved extensive study of psychology, conventional management theory, macroeconomics, ancient and modern philosophy, calculus, Buddhism, TED talks across different disciplines and innumerable readings spanning a wide range of topics. The strategy formulation is complete and the ex*****on has already begun. I’m sharing the strategy here for everyone to know. It’ll be better to explain the strategy through how I’m actually planning to execute it.
Using the research that I did over the last 4 years, I came up with my own refined management theory. I’m launching products into the market based on the theory I’ve come up with. It is not the conventional theory taught in bschools across the world which is profits centric business models. My new refined management theory focuses on customer satisfaction/happiness as the key maximization metric and revenue will naturally flow. I’ve launched my first product with this. The product targets to help employed MBA grads make their resume and solve this problem at scale for an extremely large number of people who’re facing this problem because of which their career is getting affected. My objective is that every single customer of mine needs to be happy and satisfied no matter what. How I manage that is my challenge, as a business owner. The value proposition I give my customers is that they don’t need to pay me unless they’re happy and I’ll keep working with them until they’re happy. And after the first week I launched this business, I made Rs 15000 from 3 customers and will get another Rs 10000 tomorrow. Price charged to each customer is Rs 5000 which the customers are convinced is worth it because of the value add they’re gaining from the service. And customers are always happy with the service. So, they know that my product will definitely solve the problem for them. So they keep referring me to other customers and the other customers keep referring me to more customers. So my marketing cost is 0 Rs. If I invest even in minimal marketing, the return is massive as huge demand can be captured. Otherwise, It’s primarily word of mouth viral marketing. And I use that money which I would have spent on marketing on creating my backend and product offering to be extremely strong to ensure that every single customer is happy. Currently I don’t have any employees. But I’ve made templates and forms ready. So, if a customer sends me a weak resume, converting it into a final output by iterating with the customer over mail/call is not a big deal. Even if I do 10 resumes a day which will not take more than 3 hours as per current capacity – that’s Rs 50000 working 3 hours from home with no boss or corporate company controlling me. That’s 10 lakhs a month if I decide to work only 20 days and that’s Rs 1.2 Crores a year working 3 hours. So financially I know I’m set for life. But I want to make backend extremely strong. There is a clear intelligence that I use to convert weak resumes to strong ones. I’ve already observed so many patterns and I know it can be easily codified into an engine using AI solutions. My ultimate vision for the backend of this product is an AI engine + a customer call centre which will work with customers who are not happy with the AI output + me where it’ll come to me in the worst of cases where my employees who I’ll pay really well and teach my skill set are not able to solve their problem. But I’m sure my employees will be able to solve it for the customer. And most importantly, i won't call them employees who work for me. I'll call them team members who work with me. And for solving this problem, i don't need them to come to office. They can work from anywhere with a phone and a laptop. And the demand I'll be getting will be really huge that the pay they will receive will also be equally huge. I'll teach them my skill set of how to market the story of a client onto a resume and they will not be given any time constraint targets in terms of finishing X number of clients or any revenue targets. They can work as they wish based on their personal goals and I will make sure that they are happy no matter what.
The only 2 metrics I care about as a business owner is customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. Not profits or revenues. If I want more revenues, I’ll just serve more customers with the same model and replicate the same across other markets like resume consulting for other disciplines like engineers. Currently, I’m expecting that in 4-8 months, I’ll have a strong backend with AI + a virual call centre which can actually cater to an extremely large demand for this service. I honestly don't even think it'll take so much time. i'm going to Bangalore next week to meet my AI consultant and the engine can be set up and machine learning can help it be a strong engine much faster than 4 - 8 months. And that’s a self sustaining engine which gives me infinite returns for the rest of my life. That makes my valuation just from this simple business infinity (Yes ! I can make as much money as I want.. It is higher than Bezos + Buffet+ gates+ everyone else on the planet combined because the sum of their finite valuations based on profit centric business models will be a finite number and in my case it is infinite) So, as part of my strategy, my first project is to completely crack this problem so that I am guaranteed infinite returns for the rest of my life.
My objective in life is not to make money. My objective is to achieve my vision of sustainable world peace in my time. So, now that I have access to infinite capital, I will move onto my next project which is quality education at cheap price for the entire market. Remember that capital/financing is not a constraint anymore after I crack the first problem. So, even if it means hiring the best teachers and paying them much higher than what engineers and MBAs earn, I will do that and even if it means one-one teaching for students either digitally through e-learning apps or more preferably in person, the backend will be created to enable this system and it will be priced very economically so that everyone gets quality education at cheap prices. And again, defining metric here is customer satisfaction which is the satisfaction of the students and happiness of the parents which can be measured using metrics and learning outcomes. And since, I’m providing quality education at cheap rates, the entire market will come to me. That’ll again lead to me creating another self sustaining engine giving infinite returns which can invested in building massive school infrastructure, facilities etc. I hope you understand the power of this customer satisfaction based business models.
Slowly and gradually education will be cracked.and solved for. Parallely, invest the money to provide quality healthcare solutions at affordable rates for the end customer. Again, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction are the only metrics around which I will design my products whether it be digital solutions or actual physical infrastructure like hospitals – I’ll pay nurses much higher than what they’re earning currently and subsidize the services for the end customer. So the end customer gets quality service at a cheap rate. Again, this will lead to capturing the entire market because current healthcare solutions are all profit based whereas mine is customer satisfaction based. That’s another infinite return business creating robust quality solutions for the market.
Now, take every sector in which people face problems and apply this logic. Get the revenue from previous ventures, develop really good quality products/services and make it extremely affordable and capture the entire market leading to infinite valuation. The priorty sectors after education and healthcare are affordable housing and energy. We see fuel prices going up daily. Government solutions are not sustainable. You need a business solution to make it sustainable and I believe this is the only way to do it.
The revenues that will be earned from each sector will be cross invested within and across the sectors to develop even further awesome products and take it to market at cheaper prices which again increases the revenue and run this logic infinitely within and across all sectors in which humans face stress and there is a business opportunity and within a matter of time, robust business solutions will make the world a better place and all products/services will be free and everyone will be happy. This is the overall strategy.
So the price you or your friend in need of resume consulting services will pay today is an investment for a better stress free future for you, your kids, your parents, all your future generations and the entire planet 🙂
There are a lot of sub-strategies which are extremely exhaustive to get into right now but I hope you understand the overarching strategy to re-organize the world from its current messed up state to a better happy place and create sustainable world peace in our time. The ex*****on will obviously take time and it requires a massive collective team effort.
I’ve been wanting to articulate and share this for the last 4 years and the dots finally connected only on Oct 3rd 2018. Until then I myself wasn’t sure whether I was going down the right path. Every time I crossed a road, every time I even got on a flight, even though the probability of a mishap was extremely low, it had a magnified effect on my mind since I wasn’t sure whether if something happened to me, this solution will be lost to the world and I couldn’t tell this to anyone. So I’ve been extremely lonely for the last 4 years. It’s been massively stressful but now, today finally I am releasing that load from my mind. Now even if something happens to me, people are clear of the path. If you have any further doubts, I can clarify it but I think Ive made it reasonably clear.

It’ll give you full context about the theory I’ve created with which I’ll be launching my products. I’ve started freelance management consulting as well using this theory of mine and I have 2 clients currently. As part of achieving the vision faster, I’ll also set up a management consulting wing where I’ll teach people how to redesign businesses around customer satisfaction. There will be no resume shortlisting or anything of that sort to get into this consulting wing if you’re interested to join. In the last 4 years, I’ve experienced things which are way beyond the most craziest science fiction stories you would have heard. I don’t expect you to believe it and I don’t want to prove it to anyone as well. I know I’ve experienced it. That’s enough for me. You’ll know about it soon.
The one word that made all the difference for me is the word “Infinity” You would have read that in the overall strategy above. But beyond that ever since I was a kid, I fell in love with that word from the time I heard it for first time. Infinity – never ending - I always combined the word effort with infinite and always used “Infinite Effort” which means I’ll never ever EVER give up and will keep on trying and fighting hard and that made all the difference. And it always works. Hence, the company I’m launching is called InfinityWorx because Infinity always works 🙂
It's because of pure luck that this word infinity entered my life. Yes ! My valuation is infinity. But so is yours because you know what i know ! Everyone's valuation is infinity. Life is extremely precious and you can't humiliate it by putting a stupid number to it like 1MN$ or 70B$. Everyone's true life valuation is infinity because you cant put a price tag to life.
