Dr. Joseph Varghese was elected a member of the Executive Committee of the World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO) last week.
The WFO is the world body of all the recognized orthodontics associations of the world. The 5-year term of the incoming EC members (after confirmation at the 10th International Orthodontic Congress, Rio de Janeiro in October 2025) begins at the end of the Congress and ends at the conclusion of the 11th International Orthodontic Congress in Milan in 2030).
A past-President of the Indian Orthodontic Society, Dr. Joseph Varghese is one of the 15 elected EC members, and will be representing the Central & East Asia region.
