So it is the mind that has to keep in balance to prevent this. `Ayurtheeram Yoga' trains methods to balance and properly integrates the mind and body. We are highly technological, intellectual and advanced in scientific thinking. Ninety percent of our mind indulge in brainy activities. Unfortunately we have forgotten or unaware of our other existential possibilities. Our consciousness feeds on peace, our heart expands with love, but our mind when it monopolises our whole being, our life becomes a battle field. Integration of our conscious and unconscious mind that helps to realize diverse impediments for a healthy and joy full life is another aspect for which `Ayurtheeram Yoga' proposes certain exercises. Besides, `Ayurtheeram Yoga' introduces vibratory pattern exercises also for the first time. This helps to have proper linking between spine and brain to be more invigorating and health sustaining.

‘Ayurtheeram Yoga' ’ also introduces a precautionary exercise to ward off Alzheimers disease. Indeed it is a package of eighteen months. However the first three months guidance from our side is sufficient for one to continue it at home.
