This patient presented with chronic hyperpigmented plaques on left arm as shown in the image. Biopsy was taken and diagnosed to have cutaneous tuberculosis . She was started on ATT. She is showing good response to treatment regimen .

This middle aged gentleman presented with recurrent episodes of fever. He was treated with several courses of antibiotics and antipyretics without any improvement in symptoms. On examination this gentleman was found to have gum hypertrophy as shown in the photograph. He was taken up for bone marrow biopsy which revealed the diagnosis of Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Medical oncology opinion was taken and was started on chemotherapy. At present the patient is in remission and on regular follow up.
This classical case shows the importance of how thorough physical examination and picking up minute signs can make a dramatic change in the natural history of the disease and quality of a persons life.

Successfully cured a case of complicated cerebral malaria undiagnosed at different centers/hospitals.
Patient was a 65 year old female referred from Tamil Nadu. Prompt diagnosis and treatment in MICU saved her life.
