This week I officially graduated from Beautiful You Coaching Academy as a Sacred Feminine Leadership Coach 🤍 !

I'd love to support and hold space for women in leadership. Leadership can look different across industries and life paths, but one thing remains constant - the power of our feminine energy and how, when we harness it, we can truly shine and become the fullest expression of who we’re meant to be.

From Judgement to Freedom.

Tuesday night’s New Moon Circle was a powerful one, welcoming the Year of the Fire Horse and holding each other in vulnerability, truth and love.

Seven women gathered. Tea was poured. Stories were shared.

We spoke aloud what we are releasing. And what we are calling in.

That is what happens when women are witnessed. When we are brave enough to let go. When we choose truth over fear.

There is something ancient and powerful about women gathering under a New Moon.

The Fire Horse year has begun and we are not entering it quietly.

Before India. After India.
Same woman.
Different frequency.
India is loud, messy, chaotic with colour, noise and life everywhere! The intensity forced me to go inward.
I’m still integrating it, and I’m not at the bottom of the learning yet, but I’ve discovered so much about who I am and the values I hold deeply. I have a deeper knowing now of what really matters, and what doesn’t.
Now I’m home.
And I’ve realised it’s chaotic here too, just in a different way. Family, work, bills, house, dinner, emails, to do lists that never end… it can be relentless.
But somehow, it’s harder to go inward here. Which is why it’s even more important!
On Tuesday 17 February, I’m holding a Sacred Circle of Fire & Light to honour the New Moon and the beginning of the Fire Horse year – powerful transition energy.
There are four spaces left, if you feel called, I’d love for you to join us.
And if you’d prefer to welcome the transition in your own way, I have a guided ritual you can do at home, in your own time.

Full Moon in Leo

Tonight, in the early hours of 2 February, we will have a powerful Full Moon in Leo.

This one is special.
Not only because it’s the final full moon of the Year of the Snake (which is big in itself) but also because it represents a shift toward momentum after a period of uncertainty.

You might feel it interrupted sleep, a niggling but unrelenting desire or restlessness.

This full moon is lovingly nudging you forward and inviting your emotional honesty.

This full moon is a gift - to consider closure. What are you ready to release? What’s holding you back? What limiting beliefs (mistruths and fears) are you holding onto you? What stories are you telling yourself?

Now is the time to lovingly let them go.
Breathe into them.
Write them down.
Release them in whatever way feels right to you; burn, bury, rip it up, surrender.

Then write down the opposite.
These are your truths.
These are your superpowers.

Take only these forward into 2026 and the year of the fire horse
