Heartful wishes and blessings for the special full moon today called Buddha Poornima 🌕
'Buddha' means realised being of true nature, witnessing impermanence, being boundless, dissolution of illusions, emptiness beyond concepts-ideas, beyond ignorant sufferings, beyond attachments-aversions, flowering of consciousness and compassion through awareness, meditation and self enquiry 🧘
'Buddhu' means person going below the mind escaping/ avoiding through drugs, alcohol, hallucinations, projections, ideology, religion, war, TV, overload of information, ...
What do you want to be - Buddha or Buddhu ?
Let us remember our life flow through 3 planes of existence …
1. [unconscious] Animal/ robotic nature - which is unconscious programs running in body, mind-ego, emotions, energy.
Its responsible for survival, safety, procreation,….
It defines all our flight/fight/freeze reactions. Most of school, education, religion and society is working to tame this nature and to make certain beneficial norms to follow for social living.
2. [conscious] Human nature - which is conscious nature wanting to expand, change, heal, understand, explore all mysteries of life. It defines our goals, growth, ambitions, aspirations, discoveries, conquests, endless desires, evolution…
Modern science, psycology, some part of spirituality are supporting this nature to expand.
3. [superconscious] Buddha nature - which is the true self, state of oneness, boundlessness, enlightenment, witness to all changes, dissolutions of illusions, emptiness beyond concepts-ideas, self realisation…
It's unconditional love, unlimited awareness and being a channel in tune with universe. We call this divine/ soul/ superconscious/ higher self/ godliness. Feeling content/ Tuning to being in the here and now! Real spirituality is nourishing this part to flower, manifest and embody !
Let's contemplate ... how we are flowing and which part is guiding our life !
