With over 20 years of experience in hospital administration, medical education, pharmaceutical leadership, and clinical governance โ€” both in India and abroad โ€” Dr. Lal has held leadership roles at prestigious institutions like Gleneagles Hospitals, AMRI Hospital, Citadel Institute of Medical Sciences, and served as Dean in medical universities across Mauritius, Guyana & St. Lucia.

His inspiring journey began in the Armed Forces Medical Services, where he served the nation for over 20 years โ€” not just as a specialist in pharmacology but also as a commanding officer & strategic leader in some of the toughest environments.

Most recently, as Chief of Operations & Interim CEO at Gleneagles Hospitals, he led large multidisciplinary teams & delivered operational excellence in high-performing healthcare setups.
