🧋Mango Smoothie🧋
🍴Recipe : 🍴
📍INGREDIENTS📍
1. Rolled Oats (Gluten Free) - 1/2 cup (Roasted)
2. Curd - 200gm
4. Chia Seeds - 1 tsp
5. Cashew - 4/5 Nos
6. Almonds - 3/4 Nos
(If you want you can add pistachios/ walnuts also)
7. Mango (sliced)
📍PROCEDURE 📍
1. Soaked the oats for 30mins
2. Soaked the dry fruits & Remove its chilka.
3. Soaked the chia seeds in the curd for 15 mins
4. Now take all the ingredients in a mixing bowl (except sliced mangoes)& add little water
4. Blend it
5. Pour it in a glass
6. Add sliced mangoes
7. Garnish it with your favourite dry fruits / seeds
8. Have it 😋
