Almost 5 years later, I’m back in the gym — something I once believed would never happen again.

A decade ago, in 2015, I injured my back and lived with constant pain for 10 long years. Slip disc. Disc herniation. Fear. Limitations.

I had accepted that this was “permanent.” But healing changed everything.
