পোড়া বা বারবার ব্যবহৃত তেলে রান্না স্বাস্থ্যের জন্য ক্ষতিকর—এটা বৈজ্ঞানিকভাবে প্রমাণিত।
কেন ক্ষতিকর?

১️. বিষাক্ত রাসায়নিক তৈরি হয়
তেল বেশি গরম হলে বা বারবার ব্যবহার করলে তাতে তৈরি হয়—
Aldehyde
Trans fat
Free radicals
এগুলো শরীরে কোষের ক্ষতি করে।

২️. ক্যান্সারের ঝুঁকি বাড়ে

1. Nipah virus is a serious and often deadly infectious disease.
2. It can spread from animals to humans and also between people.
3. Fruit bats are the natural carriers of the Nipah virus.
4. Bats can contaminate fruits or raw date palm sap with saliva or urine.
5. Humans may get infected by consuming contaminated food or sap.
6. Early symptoms include fever, headache, and vomiting.
7. The disease can affect the brain and lungs.
8. Confusion, seizures, or breathing difficulty are danger signs.
9. There is no specific cure, but early treatment saves lives.
10. Seek immediate medical care for fever with altered behavior.
