Saw a breastfeeding room (named feeding zone) inside Alipore jail, also called Alipore museum at Kolkata. The room was cozy, cool and clean, a lady attendant was also there.

Many moms are not comfortable to feed in public area. So thought to post and let them know that a mother can feed their child here comfortably. Even in shopping mall you can ask for changing rooms for feeding. According to my experience, people are co-operative if a mom asks for help.

Time to say goodbye to 2023 with a smiling face and gratefulness. Met with so many lovely babies, wonderful new moms, dads and grannies, be it from Kolkata, or any part In India or outside India. Completed more than 2 years as a lactation counselor, met 500+ amazing parents and good to see the love showered by them. Thank you dear parents for trusting on me🙏🙏 and making me a part of your parenthood journey. Whenever you are getting demotivated, just ping me. I will be always by your side.
