To spend the holiday of 2nd October specifically with "My experiment with truth" has been a habit for years thanks to a friend who once has gifted me a copy.........this book surely has touched millions of lives through out the years and still relevant to visit for the seekers of truth.....
gandhi energized the ancient terms Love,Mercy,Truth and Ahinsa (non-violence)..with his untiring zeal and magnificent personality.......

its more than ever necessary to revisit the philosophy of Gandhi when a cult is forcefully trying to tarnish the image of Mahatma even adoring his muderer....
Gandhi ji has once said if i can recollect correctly that "there are several reasons for which i can die for but not a single reason for i which i can be murdered"

those people who adore the murder should remember that they have their right to do so as there are people at fringes who still worship Mahisasur and Ravana but that's not going to spin the historical narrative of truth and falsehood.

TRUTH IS TRUTH AND FALSE IS FALSE...
and at the end its the TRUTH WHICH WILL PREVAIL.......!!

Here is one of my recent observations:

I've recently noticed a troubling increase in thyroid disorders, with goiters becoming increasingly common. While there are multiple potential causes that warrant epidemiological study, one significant factor seems to be the growing trend of replacing common iodized salt with black or pink salt, influenced by information found on Instagram and Google. These alternatives often lack sufficient iodine, leading to iodine deficiency. Therefore, I urge you to use common iodized salt and be cautious of unverified health trends.
