A 1.8-year-old child presented with scabies complicated by secondary infection involving the underarms, neck, back, legs, and abdomen. The child had a history of excessive allopathic medication use, leading to significant side effects. At presentation, the child was in severe discomfort, with intense pain and disturbed sleep.
All ongoing allopathic ointments and medications were discontinued. A carefully selected constitutional homoeopathic treatment was initiated.
Within 22 days of treatment, the child showed complete recovery. After one month, the patient’s guardian shared a follow-up photograph confirming sustained improvement.
