When Insulin is high in the body, it deposits fat. Prolonged High Insulin causes Insulin Resistance, which is the cause of almost all the major diseases. It causes Diabetes, Heart Attack, Alzheimer's and even Cancer. So why the Insulin is so much high in the body.

It is due to High Carb diet. The diets which are rich in high carbs cause insulin resistance. How to cure Insulin Resistance. By adopting a diet which is low in Carbs and high in Fats. Choose Carbs like non startchy vegetables, nuts and seeds and also add some exercises. If fasting is added with this then it will lower the insulin further.

Moreover Fat gives more energy than Carbs as it has 9 calories per gram. Even the fats, that are depositied in our body they can provide us energy for long time. Choose healthy fats like Saturated Fat, Ghee, Butter, Fatty meat, Egg yolk, Coconut oil. Diets which are higher in Fat helps to develop Brain function and it is also Antiaging.

They say older people should not lift weights, as it may be very taxing for their joints. But the fact is opposite.

Strength Training actually strengthen the joints of Older Adult if done properly. Moreover muscles have Proprioceptors, which helps to maintain balance in the body, Strength

training also prevent from Atrophy which is loosing of muscle and strength.

In old ages most of the people die due to fall and slip. When somebody has more muscle then they will have more Proprioceptors which prevent them from fall and slip.

There are also other benefits too:

Reduce the symptoms of osteoarthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, back pain, and depression.

Help you manage your weight.

Help you sleep better.

Improve glucose control.

Increase metabolism.

Reduces risk of cancer, heart disease.

So old people please start lifting weights properly and don't get hurt. Improvement doesn't come in a day, it takes time.

Do 3 sets of exercise for each muscle group for 3 days a week, with Rep range between 8 - 12. Gradually increase the Weight, Sets and reduce the Reps.

They say if Women lift heavy weights, they will look more muscular. But the fact is opposite. If Women lift heavy weights they look more toned and not muscular until they take streoids. The hormone which dominates women is Estrogen and this hormone makes women look feminine. This is the women s*x hormone. The hormone which dominates male are Testosterone and this hormone makes men look more muscular. This is male s*x hormone.

Lifting heavy weights not only help women to loose fat but also help to build more strength. It reduces the risk of injury, back pain, arthritis, heart disease, diabetes and many other diseases. So women all of you start doing good strength training. It can be started at any age. The earlier you start the better it will be. Along with that good diet, proper sleep and hydration is also required.

They say Red meat can cause Cancer, Heart Disease and many other diseases. But few scientific studies claim that our

ancestors eat lots of Red Meat and it is absolutely true. But thay didn't have Cancer, Heart Disease and other

diseases. Even they were very strong and healthy. As because they survived on those harsh environment that is why our

existance is here. But what actually cause various diseases. It's not the meat itself. When people are combining meat

with carbs it increase LDL pattern B which blocks the arteries and cause Heart Attack. Even Cancer cells live on

glucose. Fatty Cut of Red Meat doesn't create glucose it creates Ketones. Try to consume unprocessed Red Meat, Cook it

in low flame and also add healthy fat. Red meat will make you stronger, smarter and healthier as it contains good

amount of protein, vitamins and minerals. It doesn't cause constipation even it cures it as it increase Bile production and bile lubricates the colon.
