Imagine, you are driving through a tunnel..
Its dark, deep and damp... seems like neverending... But,
there is one voice in your head that motivates you and encourages you to go on... To never stop driving.. To never stop looking for that light at the end of the tunnel..
And then you see it, the light
that flickers, telling you that the darkness is finally ending and inviting you to enter a new chapter of your life full of possibilities and options..

That light is the 'HOPE' that every dark tunnel comes to an end and we need to keep driving to reach our desired destination.
So, latch on to that hopeful feeling even when its cloudy and rains because its just temporary and the sun will shine brightly in no time.

Is it really worth to believe in thoughts that demean you, misguide you, de-tracks you from positivity, makes you question your abilities and potentials?
The answer is a big 'NO'.
Some may say- "but , we can't help it".
Its true.. you can't, so why not just observe it and let them be.
It is essential to remember that the SKY is always the SKY, whether it is completely obstructed by storm or sparsely scattered with clouds. Your anxiety is just a small and temporary part of your story. You are bigger and more expansive than just a few negative thoughts.

As the saying goes,
"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.."

What does being "different" sound like to you?
Is it a positive or a negative experience?
For LGB (Lesbian,Gay, Bisexual) persons, daily living can be a frustrating and painful experience in our society.
'Why' you ask?
Because they are different in their sexual orientation.
But, Difference does not equal Deviance.Just as a brown eyed or blue eyed person are different ,but, this difference do not reflect their deviance.They are just as normal as any other person with any coloured eye.

For a long time, LGB persons have been oppressed. They suffer social, religious, economic, political and legal discrimination. Much of this discrimination is based on the myths people believe about those who do not identify as heterosexual.
For LGB persons to be treated equally in our society, we need to dispel these myths.

Let us learn what these myths are and what are the actual facts..
