Managing stress is an integral to having a healthy heart.
To maintain a healthy heart, one can take several measures, including exercising and eating the right diet. Of course, they help to reduce the risk of a heart attack, and keep the ‘bad’ cholesterol in check.

Stress Matter:
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), stress has been classified as a health epidemic of the 21st century. In general, the levels of stress-induced anxiety in the modern world have touched the roof, and over time, it has snowballed into a growing health crisis.

Stress is the body’s way of reacting to any circumstance that requires an adjustment or response. The body reacts to these circumstances with physical, mental, and emotional responses. During stressful events, the body releases a burst of chemicals, such as adrenaline that provide energy to get certain tasks done, but in the long term, stress can cause everal heart-related issues.

Ways of Stress Management for Healthy Heart:

1.Healthy and Balanced Diet
2. Good Sleep

4. Take a break from Hectic Schedule

People who constantly puts things off and say to themselves phrases like that: "it's for a holiday," "I'll wait for a special occasion," "I'll rest after retirement," etc. suffer from the Delayed Life Syndrome.

It all comes from a deep childhood and low self-esteem. Parents often impose these views on their children, and then children do the same on their children.

This syndrome can be compared to a road to "nowhere". The person takes no action except things that he or she is ordered to do. Such a person is completely miserable, because life is passing by him or her.

Thousands of people hate their school, their university, their job, the country they live in. Yet they continue to do nothing, complain about life, and continue to postpone pleasant and important things in life. When a person of this kind is sad, he or she begins to fight depression by gorging on foods, which leads to health issues.

Everyone should be attentive to the symptoms that the body sends. It is important to remember the following: any pain is a defense mechanism of the body. Using painkillers not figuring out the nature of our pain doesn't solve the problem but exacerbates it.
