Tuberculosis is still the most predominant disease in our country with varied presentations. A common presenting symptom to an ENT may just be a neck swelling with or without fever/pain/cough/chest infection. High suspicion and appropriate investigations are needed to identify the disease. Early detection and timely treatment under guidance of an expert, enables reduced chances of developing resistance and complications of tuberculosis.

Sleep-disordered breathing is an upcoming problem. frequently presents as morning headaches, daytime tiredness, falling asleep while driving leading to accidents, and unexplained high blood pressure so reduced efficiency and going to work. I am happy to help these patients and conduct my research on the utility of non-invasive methods like a mayo-functional exercise in these patients. I was privileged enough to present my work in IASSACON 2022 last year in Kolkata.
