Attended an enriching 3-day workshop on Surgical Innovation and Robotic Surgery at Meril Academy.

Aware Suspect Prevent.

4th March is the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) awareness day aims to educate and inform the public about it. HPV is a common sexually transmitted infection that can lead to various health issues, including ge***al warts and certain types of cancer.

One of the main focuses of HPV awareness day is promoting vaccination. Vaccination plays a crucial role in preventing HPV infections. By getting vaccinated, individuals can protect themselves from the HPV strains that can lead to cervical, a**l, or throat cancer. Vaccination is recommended for both males and females, starting at the age of 11 or 12. However, it is also effective when administered later in life. Better consult with a doctor for vaccine administration.

In addition to vaccination, HPV awareness day also emphasizes the importance of regular screenings and safe sexual practices. Pap tests for women, can help detect early signs of cervical cancer or other abnormalities caused by HPV infection. Safe sexual practices, such as using condoms consistently and limiting the number of sexual partners, can also reduce the risk of contracting HPV.
