Is it really worth it?

Yep, of course. Here are some common reasons why positive reviews are important for freelancers:

Do you know what is the difference between teaching and training?

Let's explore the difference between teaching and training today.

I learned it a few years ago when I used to work in a 9 to 5 job for a reputed MNC. They recruited me as a customer care executive and threw me into interim training so that I could understand the job responsibilities very well.

On the 1st day of training, a very sickly, slim, and thin-figured professional came to us. The entire hall started gossiping about his laugh-generating figure.

"Stop, what is the difference between teaching and training?" - it was the first conversation he started with us. None of us could give him a satisfactory answer to his question.

He started, "Well, see the terms teaching and training are often used interchangeably, but these are not the same, they have different meanings in the real world".

He continued, "When a teacher teaches a lesson, he or she doesn't care about the audience, how many pupils can understand and implement the lesson, but when it comes to training, the trainer is obliged to train every student and make sure that each of them can implement the lessons in a practical sense. Meaning when you go through a training program, you have to have the ex*****on method learned and it's not only the student's responsibility, but also it's the responsibility of the trainer as well".

I was surprised to know this fact first time. So, training is a far better means of learning practical methods than teaching and trainers are also responsible for that.

So, next time when you choose a trainer to learn a new skill, make sure your trainer is also aware of this fact. Good luck.

A few days ago, one of my LinkedIn friends posted that ..........

he was looking for a freelance writer who could deliver 4000 words every day. He also warned that if anyone isn't able to write 4000 words every day which takes only four to six hours, not to message him.

I am surprised whether it's really possible to deliver 4000 words every day (without using AI tools, of course). I dunno.

I asked a question in the comment section, "Is it really possible to write 4000 words every day?" Then another friend replied to me. It's very easy and it should not take more than 3 hours.

I can manage to write only 1500 to 2000 words every day to produce quality content. Maybe this is because I am a slow writer.

Now, my perspective is - writing is like cooking. First, you have to choose your recipes, then will need to gather your required utensils, you have to arrange fire, and then the recipes will take some more time to be properly cooked. It takes time.

When it comes to writing, you will need to choose your voice tone, then you will need thorough research, and then you will need some more time to germinate the ideas in your brain (this is the most important I think). After that, you can create your outline and write in a flow. in addition, you will need some more time to edit and proofread your piece of content before making it a finished content. But of course, I am talking about writing quality content only.

If we consider all of these factors, how can we be able to write 4000 words every day?

Maybe this is the reason why the internet is overwhelming with low-quality content nowadays. I dunno. What's your perspective? Looking forward to hearing from you.

Freelancing success might seem difficult for many of us. But if you see it in a simplified way, it has only three steps to go through. Here are these steps:

✅ 1. Get into one of the most in-demand freelancing skills according to your interest and capability. (do thorough market research on what works and what doesn't in today's world.)

✅ 2. Learn the science and art of landing high-ticket clients and slowly increase your rate.

✅ 3. Set your financial goals (both short-term and long-term) and try to achieve them one by one.
