Basically you are increasing your NEAT.
What is NEAT?
It’s Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT) which refers to any activity you do throughout the day outside of formal exercise and sleeping.
If you have a desk job, your NEAT will be really low! So a good way is to put an alarm and walk around after every 60 mins or so. This will help with maintaining your spine health as well.
