No time to exercise? Try these 7 hacks to burn calories!
Includes many options for people who have a desk job!!
1 Walk and talk
2. Work on a standing desk
3. Get up every one hour from your desk and walk for 5 mins
4. Fidget with your feet
5. Tidy up the house
6. Clean and dance!
7 Taking the lift? Take the stairs instead
Basically you are increasing your NEAT.
What is NEAT?
It’s Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT) which refers to any activity you do throughout the day outside of formal exercise and sleeping.
If you have a desk job, your NEAT will be really low! So a good way is to put an alarm and walk around after every 60 mins or so. This will help with maintaining your spine health as well.

Do you know What actually makes you fat?
The answer is: Eating too many calories and not doing any activity.

Most of the time people think its sugar or carbs or some other reason for being overweight. But in reality you are gaining weight because of leading a sedentary lifestyle and not keeping a check on your daily caloric intake.
So fix your eating habits and start doing some activity. Do this for good 4-6 months and see what you can achieve with consistency in diet and your workout routine.

Consistency, dedication, discipline, and effort are the four pillars upholding one's goal of achieving all their dreams... including the dream of a healthy and fit body. Modifying your daily habits and switching over to a healthy & regulated lifestyle is a must. Put in the hard work regularly and you WILL eventually see the difference. But, achieving your dream physique isn't the end of the road. You have to be consistent to maintain it.
Remember that this mantra won't give you instant or quick results, but it'll be absolutely worth the effort you put in over a period of time.
