Ammonium Causticum -
A very good combination of symptoms of Ammon carb and Causticum can be seen in this remedy.

In day to day practice it very benifical in cases of nasal blockage in acute case with cough with burning in throat along with hoarseness of voice. Even Aphonia.

Ammonium carbonicum is again one of the most used remedies in nasal blockage, especially when is more at night. Cannot breathe through the nose.

Sinapis nigra is also again a great remedy for nasal blockage which is infrequently used by us. Nostrils alternately stopped, it may also be accompanied by dry cough, and lachrymation.

Eucalyptus g- An excellent remedy for chronic catarrah, stuffed up sensation in nostrils along with sinusitis,

Eucalyptus g Q dissolved mixed with water and inhalation of vapour of this mixture also gives very good results in sinus headache and also in nasal blockage.

Please do share your experiences and remedies which you commonly prescribe for nasal blockage in acute cases.

In regular practice we get lots of cases of chronic vertigo,
Some of them resulting from nerve compression in cervical spondylosis,
some due to weakness, some due to low blood pressure.

In cases of cervical spondylosis.
Kalmia latifolia, Rhus toxicodendron, Cimicifuga are very helpful to improve a case but definitely a constitutional treatment is required.

In cases of weakness the cause of weakness is to be asserted and if any management is necessary it is to be given.

In cases of low vitality, low blood pressure,
Avena Sat Q, Withania somnifera Q is also very helpful.

But in few cases when there is no ascernable cause of vertigo is found or most of the indicated medicines are not responding Sulfonalum can be used.
