In this post, I am sharing the "Wheel Pose" Or "Chakra Asana" .
Now this is a big tricky pose.
Requires space in your wrists & a flexible spine.
However, you should gradually try to incorporated this pose in your daily Yoga practice.
Let's look at some interesting effects of Wheel Pose on our body:
a. Firstly, the wheel pose is believed to ignite all our Seven Chakras. This ensures the harmonious functioning of different body processes.
b. The pose opens up your shoulders and chest. So it's an excellent Heart Opener. In fact a heart opening intense backbend.
And several other lovely benefits for their body and soul. Physical & Spiritual aspects..
Heart openers are intended to cure any broken hearts from our past, while allowing ourselves new opportunity for love!
c. Improves overall body strength
d. Balances blood glucose levels
Statutory Warning:
Backbends require strength. And a strong Spine. So i would advise you to try this ONLY under expert guidance of a certified yoga teacher in his Or her yoga class - please do NOT start attempting this pose all of a sudden through YouTube tutorials.
Without necessary warm ups this pose can be dangerous.
