- সামাজিক কার্যকলাপ ( সমবয়সীদের সাথে খেলা, নিজের টার্ন আসা পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা, অন্যের সাথে নিজের জিনিস ভাগ করে নেয়া ইত্যাদি )
- সেনসরি এবং ব্যব‌হারের অস্বাভাবিকতা ( ক্রমাগত লাফিয়ে যাওয়া, ছুটে বেড়ানো, সব জিনিস ছুঁয়ে দেখা অথবা ছুড়ে ফেলে দেওয়া, আবার কোনো জিনিস ধরতে বা ছুঁতে না চাওয়া, কোনো মুভমেন্টে ভয় পাওয়া, নিজের জগতে হারিয়ে থাকা ইত্যাদি )

সক্রিয় ও আনন্দময় ক্রিয়াকলাপে অংশগ্রহণের মাধ্যমেই বাচ্চাদের মস্তিষ্কের বিকাশ ঘটে। যদিও বাচ্চার কোনও অর্থপুর্ণ ক্রিয়াকলাপ বা খেলায় স্বতঃস্ফূর্ত ভাবে মজা করে অংশগ্রহণ করানোই আমাদের থেরাপিস্টের প্রথম লক্ষ্য। সাধারণত একজন দক্ষ ও অভিজ্ঞ থেরাপিস্ট শিশু নির্দেশিত খেলার মধ্যেই প্রমাণ ভিত্তিক চিকিৎসা দেবার চেষ্টা করে থাকেন আমাদের ক্লিনিকে ।
