Endoscopic skull base surgery, specifically the endoscopic transphenoidal approach, is the preferred method for removing different types of tumors in the area of the pituitary gland, which is a part of the brain. This type of surgery involves the collaboration of two highly skilled doctors: an ENT surgeon who is well experienced in using endoscopic techniques, and a neurosurgeon who specializes in brain surgery.

The advantage of this surgery is that it results in fewer complications and a quicker recovery. It leaves no visible scars because the surgeons access the area through the nostrils, avoiding the need for external incisions. What an incredible start to the year! Honored to speak on a national stage at AOICON 2025 as an invited speaker on my favourite topic and thrilled to receive the prestigious PA Shah Award (2nd Prize) for my paper on vibratory behaviour of vocal folds. It was a privilege to chair a fascinating session on BAHA and cutting-edge technologies. Grateful to my family, mentors and all seniors from AOIWB and for their unwavering support. Here's to more milestones ahead!

What a fantastic Rhinocon 2024! From speaking on the stage as invited faculty with young achievers on frontal sinus surgery to co-chairing sessions with the brilliant Bharathi ma'am and Anand sir, it was an incredible experience. Thrilled to have had the opportunity to learn from the master himself, Dr. Amin Kassam, at Rhinocon 2024. His insights on endoscopic skull base surgery were truly inspiring. Looking forward to implementing these learnings in my practice.Thanks Nish*t sir and my fellow colleagues for making this conference a memorable one.Meeting new friends as well as chilling with old friend Dr Alakananda was again a new experience.As always thanks to almighty for giving me this opportunity.

Ear lobule reconstruction is a procedure to repair recreate the ear lobule in patients with damaged ear lobule.Various flaps can be used according to the defect and available tissue surrounding the lobule.In this case a bilobed flap was used based on posterior auricular artery to achieve the desired results.
