Diabetes-Friendly Diet Plan; it may vary person to person but if you can maintain this, you can see definitely good results
General Principles for the Diabetic Diet:
Eat small, frequent meals (every 3–4 hours).
Choose low glycemic index (GI) foods.
Prioritize whole grains (e.g., brown rice, oats, millet).
Include fiber-rich foods (vegetables, fruits with skin, legumes).
Use healthy fats (e.g., olive oil, mustard oil, ghee in moderation).
Avoid refined carbs, sugary foods, deep-fried snacks, and high-sodium items.
🗓️ Sample Diabetes Diet Plan:
🌅 Early Morning (6:30–7:00 AM)
1 glass of lukewarm water with fenugreek (methi) seeds soaked overnight
Green tea or black coffee (no sugar)
🍽️ Breakfast (8:00–9:00 AM)
Options:
2 moong dal chillas + mint chutney + 1 boiled egg (if non-veg)
1 vegetable oats upma + 1 cup toned milk (unsweetened)
1 small bowl vegetable poha with peanuts + buttermilk
✅ Add chia seeds or flax seeds (1 tsp) to meals for fiber.
☕ Mid-Morning Snack (11:00 AM)
