A young lady patient reported with high frenum attachment and midline anterior diestema (spacing). The patient was not willing to undergo orthodontic treatment. Surgical frenectomy followed by LC composite restoration of anterior maxillary teeth was performed. Postoperative follow ups were made at 3 months and 6 months period.
