A young lady patient reported with high frenum attachment and midline anterior diestema (spacing). The patient was not willing to undergo orthodontic treatment. Surgical frenectomy followed by LC composite restoration of anterior maxillary teeth was performed. Postoperative follow ups were made at 3 months and 6 months period.

Endodontic management of very big periapical lesion in a tramatically injured mandibular premolar by multiple apointments. Weeping canal was dried by calcium hydroxide dressings in multiple apointments. Obturation was performed by Gutta percha with bioceramic sealer.

A male patient of 10 years visited with complaint of esthetic problem and sensitivity of maxillary front tooth. On examnation talon cusp with respect to maxillary right central incisor (11) was found. 2D and 3D radiographs comfirmed the presence of talon cusp with respect to 11 and CBCT (3D radiograph ) revealed presence of pulp tissue within the acceasory talon's cusp. Vital pulp therapy (pulpotomy with MTA under rubberdam isolation) was done followed by selwctive grinding of accesoory talon cusp in maxillary right central incisor. Alignment of teeth acheived with fixed orthodontic treatment.
