I will go on a keto diet.
I will do intermittent fasting.
I will eat a low carb meal.
I will skip lunch.
I will skip breakfast
I will run for 2kms a day.
I will start eating oats at breakfast.
I will start going to the gym.
I will stop eating rice at dinner.
I will stop eating fried food.
I will stop munching snacks.
