Good morning everyone!!! Wishing you all a bright, beautiful and joyful Thursday, with baba’s blessings and grace flowing in abundance.

This is a profound message from baba. This world around you is a ‘maya’ (illusion) and we humans get attached to this maya…..forgetting our soul’s purpose. Different souls have different learning and purpose, but, there’s one purpose common to all the souls who incarnate….it is to spread the light of Sai (you can call baba by any name) to make this earth a better place. Unfortunately we get too attached to our physical part and completely let go of the spiritual part. Constantly focusing upon this shallow physicality, power, position, possession, ego, greed….the list goes on. This maddening rat race for this body that’s transient. We get too attached to our bodies, identity, big bungalows, branded stuff “That’s how Maya engulfs you…devours your soul.”

Baba wants you to pause and reflect on his message. Act upon his message only if it touches a cord somewhere.

You’ve been guided to make dietary changes. Your body is home to your soul, hence wants nourishment. Sometimes we get so busy or carried away with the pressures of life that we either ignore our body’s signal or we simply fail to understand its call for change.

Opting for detoxification, choosing a healthy diet and going vegan is what your body is trying to tell you. A good exercise regime, yoga or simply walking in a park, lake or a garden. Your body sends such reminders when it wishes to rejuvenate itself which is becoming very difficult in this digitalised era. When you follow the guidance, the results will be… increased confidence, increased awareness, physical strength, enhanced physical appearance, mental and emotional well being and a happy and positive feeling. You are what you eat….from your plate, from your mobile and from your surroundings. Make sure it’s adding value not just to your body but your life too.

This card is asking you to move out of a state of indecisiveness. You need to remember that you can’t travel in two boats nor can you juggle endlessly between two options . No matter how badly you want both the options in your life….you have to make a choice or else you will be stuck forever because nothing is as damaging as gaining time and yet reaching nowhere. Stop fooling yourself. In your head you’ve already made the choice, you simply need to convince your heart to accept the same. If you’re gaining time it’s because choosing one option would mean letting go of the other. Don’t play with yourself. Whatever the situation is, you are guided to make a choice. Have faith that you will get all the strength you need to walk on the path once you make up your mind.

Action Step: put your hands on your solar plexus chakra (upper abdomen) close your eyes, take five deep relaxing breaths. Observe the tightening or relaxing of muscle in your solar plexus as you think of both the options one by one . If they’re relaxed, you can safely go ahead with the option but if you sense tightness then don’t go ahead. You can figure out the reason later. Listen to your body’s consciousness first.

Patience is one of the greatest virtues and it has never failed an individual. It is believed that the fruit of patience is always sweet, which means one who keeps patience while waiting, demonstrate great strength of mind, body and spirit. You have been asked to wait patiently… Which means waiting without getting angry, mad, irritated, frustrated, and agitated. If you indulge in any of the above, that’s not patience in the true sense. On the contrary, that’s cribbing and cursing, which locks many blessings coming your way. The best way is to work on your spiritual evolution, enhance your knowledge and receptivity while you are waiting… so that when the moment of your dream is finally there… You are able to receive it, be grateful for it and sustain it too. It’s not about the outcome… It’s about the period when you are waiting for the outcome. Look at your shadow self or the dark side of your personality, because it’s your shadow that controls you. The moment you know what is controlling you, you can break free the chain. Your weaknesses and bad habits have an overpowering effect on you and you are controlled by them. These can be your raw desires, laziness,anger, tendency to react, seeking excessive pleasure, procrastination, being fearful, thinking negative or giving in to your cravings and addiction. Remember, the devil inside is much more dangerous than the one outside.

Avoid getting lured by short cuts, avoid excessive pleasure in life, the unhealthy attachments because you can’t resist the temptation. Today, sit with your shadow, face the uncomfortable side of your personality. Avoid taking any important decision today. Don’t let your weaknesses control your life. Rise above them.

If you’ve been dealing with a health issue , go to some senior and experienced doctor or healer, because it’s not advisable to experiment with your health or your loved one’s health. If you need any kind of professional help, choose only the experienced ones, don’t experiment. If you are in a serious relationship it’s expected to go deeper. Therefore ask yourself “Am I ready for commitment?”

It's a beautiful message from baba. Perceptions and judgements result in crippled thinking because we can either judge or accept….we can’t be doing both at the same time. Being judgemental puts a veil on your eyes and somehow you fail to see the reality.

When you make a perception about something or someone, you repeat the same mistake of holding on to your perception so tightly that you fail to see what the truth is. You come across so many people, fighting their own battles....going on somehow, and what do you do? You simply sit back and judge. Ask yourself "How can I evolve and grow if I'm always judging? How can I love and accept if I'm always judging? How can I be a better person if I'm always judging? How can I contribute if I’m always judging?”. Give yourself the freedom to live with an open heart and mind so that you can help and heal people. Lift them up with your compassion and wisdom, don’t break their spirit with your judgement.
