Morning (AM): Protect
Your skin faces sun, pollution, and heat.
Keep it light and protective:
✔️ Gentle cleanser
✔️ Antioxidant (like Vitamin C)
✔️ Lightweight moisturizer
✔️ Sunscreen (most important)
Night (PM): Repair
This is when your skin heals and regenerates.
Go for treatment-based care:
✔️ Cleanser (double cleanse if needed)
✔️ Actives (retinol / exfoliants as prescribed)
✔️ Hydrating moisturizer

AM = Shield your skin
PM = Heal your skin

Get this right, and your skin will transform.

The biggest culprit? ☀️ Sun exposure.

But that’s not all:
⚡ Hormonal changes
💥 Acne marks & inflammation
🧴 Wrong skincare or irritation
🔥 Heat & UV damage

If you’re not protecting your skin daily, pigmentation will keep coming back.

Sunscreen isn’t optional—it’s your first line of defense.

Treat the cause, not just the marks. ✨

What you eat shows on your skin—especially in this heat.

Add more:
🍉 Water-rich fruits (watermelon, cucumber)
🥥 Coconut water
🍊 Vitamin C-rich foods
🥗 Fresh, light meals

These help hydrate, protect, and keep your skin naturally radiant.

Oily, heavy, processed foods? That’s your breakout trigger 🚫

Your summer routine should be SIMPLE, not 10 steps.

✔️ Lightweight
✔️ Hydrating
✔️ Protective

Reapplying sunscreen every 2–3 hours isn’t optional—it’s essential.

As a dermatologist, I see this mistake every summer. One morning application does not protect you all day. Sweat, oil, and sun exposure break down sunscreen, leaving your skin vulnerable.

This leads to:
☀️ Tanning
☀️ Pigmentation
☀️ Premature ageing

Use enough sunscreen, apply it evenly, and most importantly—reapply every 2–3 hours, especially if you’re outdoors.

Because sunscreen only works when you use it correctly.
