HOW DO YOU CUT CALORIES FROM YOUR DIET
✅ Eat home made food and be healthy. Eating out occasionally.
✅ During cooking choose grilling, baking, boiling over frying in oil.
✅ Use smaller plate and avoid large meal at a time.
✅ Fill half of your plate with vegetables and salads. It is an excellent way to cutting down the intake of high calorie food.
✅ Drink water before meals. This will lead to the consumption of less food volume.
✅ Eat your meal slowly. Slow eating improve your digestion and help to loose weight.
✅ Enjoy your food and concentrate on food while eating. You are eating more while watching TV or busy with your mobile.
✅ Use less sugar to tea and coffee. Added sugar increase the calorie in your tea or coffee.
✅ Avoid fruit juice. Fruit juice has hidden sugar. Eat whole fruit.
✅ Avoid extra sauce or dipping (Like cheese, mayonnaise) with snacks.
✅ When eating out, order small size pizza and burger instead of large pizza or large burger. Top your pizza with extra vegetables not extra cheese.
✅ If you love sweets, choose a smaller amount of your favorite dessert, ice cream etc.
✅ High calorie snacking habit between meals not healthy. Avoid snacking like chips, chocolate, coke, popcorn, when you are not hungry but may be you are in family gathering or in cinema hall.
