Especially you people helped me a lot.
Bodyginner not only changed shapes and looks it also fully changed my mindset, it made me healthy mentally. Insecurities are a lot less.
You helped us with small baby steps, made peace with our mistakes, helped us overcome, big/small ups and downs, and point it is all judgment free.
Weight was a freaking big factor. Getting the results so early was unexpected
