It's not about only before and after but...
This picture shows only transformation but not the struggle. It seems miraculous, before and after, but it's the journey in between THE UPS AND DOWN, LAZINESS, DAYS I DON'T WANNA WORKOUT, EMOTIONAL PHASE, EMOTIONAL BINGE, MONTHS AND MONTHS SCALE NOT MOVING... ETC. But only one thing I have found ie, staying consistent.

There is no shortcuts, no quick fix to anything.
The greatest transformation is in my health and mental wellness.
Being fitter, stronger, managing HYPOTHYROIDISM, PCOD, self-confidence, just being happy with myself.

Always remember that
❌I haven't followed any fad or restrictive diet, meal replacement shake..
❌I don't believe in giving up rice and white bread or don't eat after 7 PM..
❌Or drinking green tea, lemon honey, etc for fat loss..
☑️The only thing I did I took the responsibility over crying "WHY DID THIS HAPPEN TO ME".

From last 3 months too I am going through very tough phase, only my friends close to me know about this how I am managing things, but that is not my excuse. I know sometimes it's very tough.. But we are strong enough to fight with it.

This is my gift to myself..
MY HEALTH WITHOUT WHICH NOTHING ELSE MATTERS.

THE BEST GIFT IS KNOWING HOW I MADE A DIFFERENCE.

But choose that which will keep you satiated whole day, reducing the need for more calories..
Choose right food..

2 Months Ongoing Journey 💥

Weight Loss - 3-4 kgs
Inch loss - lots and lots, visible changes.
Workout : Homeworkout
Diet : Vegetarian

This ongoing journey of my friend cm mentee .. During this phase she faced lots of hurdles.. From shifting place to health issues, kids, personal issues and lots.
But this is only life.. We need to face the difficulties and come back even more stronger..
We all know following 100% in difficulties is not possible.. But giving small efforts towards process also leads to great changes..
Really proud of her 💕

This is just the beginning.. Best is yet to come 💪

20 Days New Mom's Journey...

TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS - 9 kgs(95-86kgs)
TIME TAKEN - 3 Months
MEDICAL ISSUES - Past History :PCOD , Postpartum Depression.

MOM OF 2, YOUNGER ONE JUST 20 DAYS WHEN SHE STARTED HER JOURNEY..

This transformation is very very precious to me.. This is not about only weight/fat loss but about a new mom, bleeding phase, sleepless night, household work,
and the worst thing going through some serious personal issues.
But beside all this her passion of getting fit was never less.

Since she was just 20 days post to her delivery, we only started with diet (High calories, high carbs) and walking.
With this only according to her we achieved her first goal ie, pre pregnancy weight.
Now we are working in the second phase..

PC - I covered her face with sunflower because she only wants me to do that, as she want to be like bloomed sunflower🌻to face the light..

I get this question many times..
▶️Can i replace Tofu with Paneer
▶️Paneer is fattening can i eat Tofu it's healthy?

So here you can check and know your food..
For first ques..
✔️ Paneer and tofu is totally different in calories, macros wise.. So no direct replacement is not possible.
So you can eat both according to your pref and choice just adjust in your diet chart.

For second ques..
✔️Eating paneer will not make you fat.. And eating tofu will not help you in weight loss. Your weight loss depends on CALORIE DEFICIT and weight gain on CALORIE SURPLUS.
☑️You can have both according to your calorie consumption.

So make your choice according to the comparison table above..
There is NO GOOD FOOD OR WEIGHT LOSS FOOD.
But yes calories matters, macros matters.
