Omega 3 Fatty Acids are needed for several purposes but cannot be produced in the body. So you need to consume food items that contain them.
Several studies have shown that certain cases of Depression are associated with inflammation in the body and consuming Omega 3 is a great way to reduce the inflammation and improve mood.
I have shared a picture that shows few food items rich in Omega 3, make sure they are consumed atleast thrice a week for good results.
