There is a common belief that getting a C-section delivery might make it harder for women to reduce post-pregnancy belly fat. While it involves major surgery where a cut is made in the skin and underlying tissues of the lower abdomen, usually horizontally just above the p***c hairline & then once the abdominal wall is opened, another incision is made in the uterus as,the incisions pass through various layers of tissue, including the skin, subcutaneous tissue, muscles, peritoneum, and finally the uterus. area, one can still lose excess belly fat by practicing various Yoga asanas, 16 to 20 weeks after delivery .

I think ,yoga is one of the best exercise to stay healthy, fit and get a strong physical body.
The postpartum weight is natural but it should be lost in time otherwise it will convert into severe lifestyle disorders in future. Preferably, women should start yoga after minimum
12 to 16 weeks of having their baby.
