22 yrs old female presented with recurrent blood vomiting. Blood reports: pancytopenia, normal Liver function. Doppler shows thrombosed portal vein with periportal collateral.
Diagnosis: EHPVO.
Underwent: Proximal Splenorenal shunt between splenic vein and left renal vein.
