A healthy diet does more than just keeping you fit, it also keeps you emotionally fit. Our diet heavily influences the hormones (dopamine, serotonin, thyroxin, endorphins, insulin, and oxytocin) that control our mood and health. As you increase the intake of junk foods, the hormones go berserk. Once your hormones are out of control, you become out of control. The only way to soothe the hormones is focusing on a healthy diet that keeps the hormones calm and at their best level.
