Biconuate uterus: This is a type of mülerian anomaly where there are two horns of uterus congenitally. Most of the times pregnancy is difficult in such patients and they land up in cesarean section.

Case: primigravida with biconuate uterus with non communicating horns.

ectopic pregnancy is a type of pregnancy where fetus grows outside of uterus. if this occurs in fallopean tube or o***y, due to space constraints it may ultimately rupture and land in an emergency surgery.
