The health benefits of basil seeds include their ability to improve digestive health, aid in weight loss, regulating blood sugar, cooling the body, relieving stress, reducing inflammation and preventing certain infections. They are particularly used as an addition to beverages and desserts.

The prsence of volatile oils in sabja seeds help in relieving gas from the gastrointestinal tract. They are loaded with fibre and help in treating problems like constipation, diarrhoea, or dysentery.

2. ✅Aid in weight loss:-
Sabja seeds are full of fibre and make you feel full for longer and thus avoid unwanted binging The presence of alpha-linolenic acid, which comes from high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids helps in boosting the fat burning metabolism in the body. Surprisingly, they contain no calories.

Basil seeds are loaded with antioxidant-rich ingredients that help in boosting the immunity and offer protection against free radical damage.

9. ✅Basil Seeds Helps Treat Acidity and Heartburn:-
Sabja seeds help to neutralize the acidic effect of HCL in the body, which can bring relief from acidity and heartburn. This is because we consume the seeds after being soaked in water, the water content helps soothe the stomach lining and relieves you from the burning sensation.

10. ✅Good for Skin and Hair:-
We can accomplish Sabja seeds’ benefit for the skin by adding crushed seeds to coconut oil and applying it to the affected area.

🔴HOW TO CONSUME:
Sabja seeds are very hard and you cannot consume them raw. So, they are best consumed after soaking in water, which makes them more gelatinous.

🔴RISK:
Sabja seeds should not be consumed by people post surgery, as they slow blood clotting. Pregnant women and children can refrain from eating sabja seeds in their drinks or desserts as sabja seeds reduce the estrogen level in the body, and induce contractions in pregnant women. 👩‍⚕️Proper diet and exercise are vital factors in weight loss and healthy living but sleep is an equally important part of it..
👩‍⚕️Lack of sleep may affect hunger-regulating hormones, which can lead to eating more food more often. Cravings may increase for foods that are higher in added sugar, fat and sodium, leading to many medical complications.
👩‍⚕️Stress has been linked to poor quality sleep, including taking longer to fall asleep and spending less time in deep sleep.
👩‍⚕️Food relates directly to serotonin, a key hormone that — along with Vitamin B6, B12, and folic acid - helps promote healthy sleep.
👩‍⚕️Always make a good night's sleep a non-negotiable part of your lifestyle for optimum health and weight loss benefits.

👩‍⚕️Do you know which type of HEADACHE you suffer from??
👩‍⚕️There are several hundred types of headaches, but there are four very common types: sinus, tension, migraine, and cluster.
👩‍⚕️Diet and lifestyle factors contribute to deficiencies that may cause headaches. Vitamin-D deficiency may contribute to the frequency and intensity of headaches.
👩‍⚕️Diet interventions, such as high folate diet, low-fat diet, high omega-3, and low omega-6 fatty acid diets, ketogenic diet, Atkins diet, and low sodium diet, have been reported to reduce migraine attacks.
