Today's topic:

🔴Heritage recipe for pregnancy🤰: 1st trimester 🔴

💠Drumstick leaves/ murakakerai saag/Sojne shaakđŸŒŋ💠

đŸŸĻPreparation:

🔸Take one bowl of drumstick leavesđŸŒŋ and one chopped onion🧅
🔸 heat 1 small teaspoon of ghee in a pan/kadai
🔸Add jeera and one Kashmiri mirch for the fragrance đŸŒļī¸
🔸add chopped onion🧅 and saute it for 5 minutes
🔸add salt 🧂as per taste
🔸add the drumstick leavesđŸŒŋ and saute for 5 minutes
🔸turn off the gas eat it with rice or wheat roti

🔴Recipe: PANEER MIX VEG🔴

đŸŸĻIngredients:

🔸Paneer -200 g
🔸Potato- 1 big sizeđŸĨ”
🔸Carrot- 1 big sizeđŸĨ•
🔸Capsicum- 1 big sizeđŸĢ‘
🔸Sour curd- 1 tbs
🔸Milk powder- 3 tbsđŸĨ›
🔸Green chillies- 2pcsđŸŒļī¸
🔸Cumin seeds- 1pinch
🔸Butter- 1 tsp🧈
🔸Salt- according to taste🧂
🔸Sugar- 1/2 tsp

đŸŸĻMethod:

🔸The vegetables & paneer should be cut into batonnet shape..
🔸Take a pan, put 1 tsp butter on it, and shallow fry all the vegetables & paneer ..
🔸Kept aside on a different bowl
🔸Now add cumin seeds into the pan, roasted it..
🔸Add green chillies
🔸Add sour curd and milk powder into it & stir well & make a gravy
🔸Put all the fried vegetables & paneer & mixed with gravy properly
🔸Now add warm water, salt & sugar
🔸Cook for 10 minutes in medium flame & then served

🔴Most of the people are very aware of fatty foods in their diet ..they think adding of extra visible fats in diet can lead weight gain and create some common problems (T2DM, HTN, CVD etc) in the body..

🔴Not only that, due to health awareness they can eliminate some helpful visible fat such as white butter , ghee and edible coconut oil from their diet ..

🔴The topic I will discuss today, is how visible fat controls blood sugar level ,help to loss weight and maintain proper sleep..😴

👉Here are few hacks that help:

âœ´ī¸ Addition of gheeđŸ¯ , coconutđŸĨĨ, white butter 🧈in the diet lowering the glycemic index of the meals and ensuring that blood sugar stay steady post meal..

âœ´ī¸ Addition of one dollop of butter, ghee or coconut in every meal increases the satiety value of a meal.. Which means that you actually feel fuller with a smaller amount, leading to a lowered caloric load and better assimilation of nutrients from every meal..

âšĢ Green chillies-2-3 pcs(chopped)
âšĢLemon,salt,black pepper- according to taste

đŸ”ļ METHOD OF PREPARATION:-

âšĢBoiled fish in Salt water-->strain it and kept aside
âšĢTake a pan-->add cumin seeds-->roasted
âšĢAdd chopped onion-->stir until light brown colour occurred
âšĢAdd chopped tomatoes and chopped chillies-->mix it well & stir
âšĢAdd ginger garlic paste-->mix it well
âšĢAdd salt according to your taste & then add 1 cup of water-->stir about 1 min
âšĢAdd boiled fishes into the gravy--> cover with lid for 5-7 mins
âšĢOpen the lid & cooked for 2-3 mins
âšĢTurn of gas oven-->pour into a bowl-->sprinkling lemon juice & black pepper
âšĢGarnish with coriander/curry leaves
âšĢReady to serve

Last day I gave you all some dietary advices on COVID-19 nutritional management.. And there I was mentioned to take vitamin-C rich foods..

🔘We all know that the present scenario in the world is really bad due to Covid-19.. So I am trying to give you some general advice about nutritional & dietary management of Corona disease, which you need to know for your better health & daily life.
