𝗠𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝘂𝗻𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 due to CVA, Pneumonia with Septic shock , Heart Failure with Type 2 Respiratory Failure with AKI on CKD on Dialysis.

After few days of extensive management with invasive ventilation, dialysis she was successfully weaned of ventilation and is being discharged . Hope she stay well. Due to CKD she may requires SOS oxygen, dialysis.

NSCBSH&RC's ( Madhyamgram Municipality Matrisadan Hospital ) ICU Team again saved a life of a patient in critical state on Ventilation after fighting for last 10 days.

This Patient known COPD, HTN admitted to NSCBSH&RC ICU under Dr. Pratik Kr. Mitra with severe respiratory distress due to Pneumonia with Sepsis, Type 2 Respiratory Failure with boderline urine output with volumn overload. He had to put on bipap followed by invasive ventilation for few days, successfully weaned of ventilation and is being discharged today with home bipap advice. Hope he stay well. Due to COPD he may requires SOS oxygen and NIV.

NSCBSH&RC's ( Madhyamgram Municipality Matrisadan Hospital ) ICU Team again saved a life of a patient in critical state on Ventilation after fighting for last 12-13 days.

This Patient known COPD, HTN, Malnourished admitted to NSCBSH&RC with Gasping Breathing due to Pneumonia with Septic shock, Type 2 Respiratory Failure with ARDS, Heart Failure. He was on invasive ventilation for few days, successfully weaned of ventilation and is being discharged today. Hope he stay well. Due to COPD he may requires SOS oxygen and NIV.

This Lady admitted with Pneumonia Type 2 Respiratory Failure with background obesity, immediately had to put on Mechanical Ventilation due to very critical state.

NSCBSH&RC's ( Madhyamgram Municipality Matrisadan Hospital ) ICU Team again saved a life out of Ventilation and dialysis.

This Patient admitted to NSCBSH&RC with Gasping Breathing due to Pneumonia , Heart failure with Acute Kidney Injury & Sepsis. He was on invasive ventilation for few days along with Hemodialysis, successfully weaned of ventilation and is being discharged today. He may need dialysis in future.
