I have been practicing yoga for more than 2 years now and there is no going back. According to the modern world, yoga is all about physical poses, but the entirety of yoga includes a wide range of contemplative and self-disciplinary practices, such as meditation, chanting, mantra, prayer, breathwork, ritual, and even selfless action which helps a person to heal from both inside and outside. Yoga is now my life-long companion and it has become my direction, my purpose & my journey. Yoga provides a retreat from my chaotic and busy lives and now it’s like a healthy addiction to my lifestyle and now I am here to share my journey and experience to society.
