When the frontal body becomes one with the mother Earth and upper body and lower body becomes one to each other, we realise how the limbs are nothing but our wheels and the mind has the power to control our senses that run like horses that drive our body like a chariot. And when they are all restrained, held - then the brain functions in full capacity.
Adhomukha Upavishtakonasa symbolises this philosophy to me. If you are a practitioner and you experience it from a different perspective, will love to hear from you as well.

Practicing Yoga leads to a moment of self love and satisfaction that is contagious. We manifest our truth when we reflect love. It vibrates with your innate divinity, although the present reality may seem different. We build this aura not for appreciation but because we want to express our deepest truth to our own self. As love is the source of all existence, we are nothing but love, and it is our destiny to live it.

Many masters many lives...sometimes it brings in a full cycle of many incidents of one life, which is almost like many memories, many lives. There was a time when IIIM-Calcutta seemed to me a distant dream, the campus as a distant fairy land where only fairytales happen and angels can enter. God gave me the opportunity to enter the same campus and in this life I could see what it is like studying inside the campus and not only studies...I also experience performing a Yoga Dance presentation with my fellow batchmates as a tribute to the faculties of IIIM-C.

Morning practice completed...today it was a calling for the practice that woke me up from my deep sleep. It was almost like some distant voice asking me to chant Maha Mrityunjay Mantra and I started chanting in my sleep and the eyes opened...there was no fatigue of yesterday's...the inner voice said " get up and get going with your Yoga practice"! My heart filled with the joy of this amazing dream and the calling! May I be blessed by this inner consciousness till my last breath...Hari Om Tat Sat!
