Efficacy of Homeopathy in Gynaecological problems.

A lady aged 35yrs mother of single child, aged 5 yrs visited me with complains of menorrhagia with dysmenorrhoea, she had Bulky uterus with multiple fibromyoma in her Uterus with bulky ovaries and PCOS as per her USG report.
After a course of treatment of six months, now she has no menorrhagia and no dysmenorrhoea.
Now she is almost free from symptoms. As per her latest USG report her Uterus is normal and free from any fibromyoma and volume of uterus is normal.
Only PCOS is still remaining without any symptoms.
Hope it will also be cured within next six months of treatment.

Heat STROKE OR SUNSTROKE.
Amongst all the heat related illness heat stroke is most dangerous and life threatening condition.
After exposure to severe heat patient becomes seriously ill with many complicated signs and symptoms.
No I Sudden cramps in body.
No 2 Hyper thermi that is sudden rise of body temperature more than 104 or 105 degree F.
No 3 Red, dry and very dry skin without sweat.
No 4 pulse is very fast, full bounding and strong.
No Nausea, Severe headache, vertigo, dizziness
No 5 Confusion, Hallucinations, slurred speech.
No 6 In advanced cases seizure ( convulsions like epilepsy ) may be seen.
Here patients sweat mechanism and Central Nervous systems are greatly affected.
If not treated early patients internal organs like liver, kidneys, lungs , heart get affected and conditions of patient deteoriat and may lead to death.
No 7 Patient feels internal dryness with dry mouth and urine output gets down.
No 8 BP to be monitored and may be moderate to high.
No 9 Blood sugar to be monitored and there is chances of Hypoglycemia
In primary stage as the measure of treatment patient immediately to be taken to very cold place freferably to under AC.
His Garments must be loosened immediately.
Very cold water to be poured over him.
Ice pack may be applied at certain places of his body like Axilla, besides neck, over abdomen , Near groins.
Evaporation therapy may be done that is cold moist blanket to given over him and a fan to switched on near him, so that is his internal heat may come out by the process of evaporation.
Our first intention would be to cool him down, any how.
No oral rehydration to be tried so that he can not swallow.
In such cases immidiet hospitalisation is urgent for introduction of IV drip and in case of Hypoglycemia 25 percent dextrose drip to introduced under medical supervision.
In early stage first half an hour we can try with primary process along with some very good Homeopathic medicines under doctor's guidance, if not improved , urgent hospitalisation is indicated.
Name of some Homeopathic medicines according to symptoms indications are...
Aconite, Belladonna, Glonoine,
VERATRUM VIR , Stramonium, cuprum Met,Gelsemium , Natrum Carb,Lachesis etc may be indicated and may save a patient if treated early and in time before complications arise.
One thing to be noted don't consider this case as a case of general fever and don't apply PARACETAMOL to bring down high temperature that may be contraindicated and may worsen patients conditions

Efficacy of Homeopathy in Gynaecological cases..
A lady aged 45 yrs, mother of single child, visited me at the end of 2020, with complain of dysmenorrhoea, menorrhagia and irregular cycle , Her USG revealed bulky uterus, with myoma ( non malignant uterine tumour) with bulky ovaries and a right ovarian cyst.
With the progress of treatment and regular follow up, her symptoms improved upto a great extent , and at last when she became symptoms free and approached towards menopause, her very recent USG revealed that her Uterus is normal without any seeding myoma, and ovaries are normal without any Cyst.
She is now normal and now in the verge of menopause.Her previous and current USG reports are attached herewith.

Scope of Homeopathy in a case of Hepato Megaly, with Fatty liver and cholelithiasis ( Gall bladder stone).
A patient, aged 34 yrs male visited me one month back,with fatty liver and cholelithiasis, his liver measured 149mm after one month medication is liver reduced to 141 mm.
He had multiple GB stones, with largest being 4.4 mm now he had only 2 stones and largest being 2.7mm after one month medication.
Though I have not assured about removal of his stone, by conservative treatment, but assured him about the cure of his fatty liver, but patient is reluctant to do surgery now on account of his wedding very soon.
