Specimen received after Right Hemithyroidectomy for a case of solitary thyroid nodule with suspected papillary neoplasm (?)... Hemithyroidectomy is the minimal surgery for the biopsy of a suspected thyroid gland neoplasm , if not proven on fine needle aspiration cytology!

A case of keratoacanthoma squamous cell carcinoma of skin. Wide local excision done with advancement flap reconstruction completely under local anaesthesia... God has been kind because his margins are uninvolved and the flap healed nicely! Post op 3weeks picture taken today!
