Heart wrenching story of this 26 year old young male patient who had a massive road traffic accident 10 years back as a result of which could not control his stool function. A colostomy was made for the patient, however the reversal of the colostomy was refused at multiple Centers as they were unable to correct his a**l sphincter function. So for 10 years he could not pass normal stool through his normal passage and had to pass it into a bag on his abdomen. We did a corrective Surgery involving Graciloplasty and Flap repair of a**l ca**l stenosis, to rectify his a**l ca**l function and after prolonged six months exercise and physiotherapy he was able to regain his a**l ca**l strength and function. Following this he underwent reversal Surgery and after 10 years he is now able to pass stools through his normal passage.

this is a 37-year-old young man who presented with gradually increasing abdominal swelling which was diagnosed to be a massive abdominal tumor. Further investigations revealed that there was cancerous transformation in the tumour. The mass was so huge that it had pushed the kidney of the left side completely towards the right side with the two kidneys sitting together. The patient underwent five hours Surgery and multi organ resection following which the humour could be successfully and completely removed. The tumour was involving the major vessels and was very closely adherent to the left kidney and left ureter.

Size of the tumour 50 cm X 37 cm X 25 cm
