✨ A fascinating day at Stempeutics! ✨

We had the opportunity to visit the Stempeutics lab and manufacturing facility, and honestly, it was mind-blowing. Seeing how human-derived MSCs (Mesenchymal Stem Cells) are cultured, maintained, and prepared under top-tier international standards was an eye-opener. 🔬🧬

From WSC (Working Stem Cells) being processed for knee joint regeneration, to applications in skin and hair, the level of precision, safety, and innovation was on another level. These are technologies we usually associate with global leaders—yet they are being developed right here in India. 🇮🇳❤️

The visit gave me a strong sense of confidence in Make in India medical science. When you see such advanced, world-class biotech facilities with your own eyes, you realise how far our scientific capabilities have come… and how far we are heading. 🚀🌍

Proud, motivated, and genuinely excited for the future of regenerative medicine, cell therapy, and India’s rising role on the global stage.

And the best part? A group of 10–12 dermatologists from across India came together today. Beyond the science, we bonded, shared ideas, and formed friendships that made the entire experience even more memorable. 🤝💬✨

I am deeply honoured and humbled to share that I have received the Prof. Salil K. Panja Award for Excellence in Dermatology from IADVL, West Bengal. 

This award, instituted by Dr. Salil Kr. Panja, recognizes outstanding work in presentation or publication in dermatology.  It is especially meaningful to me because it reflects not only past effort but also the trust and validation of my peers and mentors.

I am deeply grateful to the IADVL WB Academic Committee and the wider IADVL WB community for believing in my work. I also want to thank my colleagues, collaborators, and family — without your support, this would not have been possible.

This recognition motivates me to continue working with humility, to contribute meaningfully to dermatology, and to serve patients and the scientific community with dedication.
